Annual billing takes place on the first Monday of September and subscribers receive a paper invoice which must be paid via company check. Those opting for annual billing receive a special bonus in their first year as they are only responsible for paying a prorated amount of the first year’s fee through the September annual billing date, at which point they pay the first full subscription fee.

For example, if your organization initiated service 145 days before the subsequent annual billing date, the initial payment would only be $694.55 for a Venture Gateway Access plan and $1,589.20 for a dynamic access plan! 

Monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month, or the closest subsequent business day if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, and is only payable by credit card or PayPal account (company check payments are not available for this option).

• Venture Gateway Access: $150.49/mo.
• Venture Dynamic Access: $343.59/mo.

If service begins on a day other than the 1st of the month, the prorated fee is added the subsequent month’s payment and is due at the onset of the subscription. Recurring billing begins on the second full month of service.

Although every account receives 30 days of telephone support, we understand that some users may have higher demand for ongoing assistance throughout the course of their annual subscription. As such, we offer two options for enhanced telephone support:

• Additional Month:  $250.00
• Annual Subscription: $3,000.00

Although Venture is designed to provide the highest return for time and effort, we understand that in some cases, the best solution is to sit back and let us take care of everything. To that end, the Complete Account Management upgrade provides the fastest, easiest option for creating and managing your online presence.

With this option, we take of everything including, but not limited to setting up your new website, complete data population, complete site maintenance, metrics and analytics reporting, and much more.

• Fee includes Enhanced Telephone Support annual subscription along with the Project Management, and Site Migration additional services.

Venture Gateway Access accounts receive an email marketing account with unlimited list size and 10,000 email messages per month. the initial upgrade option consists of migrating the account to a 4,000 list size maximum with the ability to send unlimited messages per month.
